Food orders were put out in the order that they came in, as verified by looking at that night's video. You left without waiting for your food but you DID NOT get charged for it as you claim. Sorry for your not so pleasant experience. I tried to make it right but you have not responded back to me. When I left at about 9:00 PM I talked to you on the way out in a conversation that started with me saying "nice hat". You seemed to be in a great mood at that time, not sure what could've happened in the next hour, as our kitchen closes at 10 PM. I highly doubt that your Bears hat had ANYTHING do do with it, as EVERYONE around here knows that I am a Bears fan! I hope you give us another try, as we pride ourselves in giving everyone a great experience."
